RRL (REINFORCED RUBBER LINED) HOSE PIPE WITH MALE-FEMALE COUPLING
RRL hose pipe stands for reinforced rubber lined hose which is used for transmitting
water, foam, fluids, etc. RRL hose is used to deliver fluids and water at very high pressure.
These RRL hose pipes are made by reinforcing rubber jacket layers. The rubber jacket
layer is made up of a special blend of cotton and synthetic yarn so that they are able to
withstand high pressure anddifferent weather conditions. Reinforcing provides abrasion
and corrosion resistance to hose pipes which makes these hose pipes very durable and
increases its life.
RRL Hose pipe is preferred by firefighting men as they are light in weight and are able to
withstand high back pressure. Since they are made of rubber layers so they are flexible
and are easy to use due to its flexibility. These hose pipes are resistant against chemicals,
acids, oils, grease, and can be used to transmit any chemicals or foam or water.
SHORT BRANCH PIPE
Short branch pipe nozzles are the main firefighting equipment when it comes to extinguishing
the fire by spraying water, foam or chemical streams. Nozzles are made of different metals
which are usually connected with the hose pipe on one end. On the other end, there is another
opening that generates streams of the liquid or foam transmitting through the hose pipe. The
volume of the stream depends on the diameter of the nozzle
FIRST AID HOSE REEL DRUM
Fire Hose Reels provide a reasonably accessible and controlled supply of water to
combat a fire. We have three types of Hose Reel drums, Hose Reel drum As per
IS-884, Malaysian Type Hose reel Drum & J Style Hose Reel Drum, all these made
of high quality mild steel powder coated in red colour, Thermoplastic Hose (IS: 12585)
with 20 mm diameter. Nozzle (GM/ABS) hydraulically crimped to hose with metal
crimping. Operating at 10 bar working pressure without leakage with flow rate 22.5 lpm
at 07 bar pressure.
